ASSOCIATION PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

2024 (dues last changed July 1, 2019)Medford Chase residents: $342.00 due semi annually on January 1 and July 1. Total for the year is $684.00.

Brookside residents: $168.00 due semi annually on January 1 and July 1. Total for the year is $336.00.

Medford Chase Homeowner Association is pleased to announce that we have transitioned to Truist Bank from BB&T Bank. All Medford Chase and Brookside homeowners will receive a semi-annual statement by mail. Some residents have payment arrangements that are different from semi-annual. These residents should continue to pay according to their agreement.

Late fees will continue to be $15.00 per month for each month payment is late. Payments mailed to Paolini & Scout will be returned to sender.

Homeowners can access the Online Payment System by going to

Truist.com/payments 

and selecting the Pay Now link.
You will need your Account #, Bill Pay #, Serial # and Unit #
